Our Physiotherapists and My Local Physio Sport members Cam, Lauren, and Aidan had a great time visiting St Paul's College to chat with their soccer team in the lead up to their trip to Brisbane⚽️

We covered the importance of a proper warm-up, how it can boost performance on the pitch, and shared some key tips around injury prevention to help keep players strong and game-ready all season long 💪

Our team headed out to Walkerville Bowling and Community Club for a few games of bowls, soaking up the beautiful weather and some very friendly competition…. Turns out a few of us treat lawn bowls like it’s the Olympics 🏆😂
