Yesterday, I attended a Regional Women's Network lunch in honour of Rural Women in Business dayπ
What a beautiful, inspiring group of women!
The guest speaker, Caitlyn Hewitt gave an amazing, vulnerable insight into her perseverance, tenacity and courage about aiming high, setting your sights on a big dream and giving it everything in achieving in businessπ
And I won a prize! A year long membership with this amazing organization π
Another highlight of this lunch was having heartfelt conversations with older and younger women about peri- menopause and menopause. It happens to us all right and we don't speak about it enough. As women, we are suffering in silence. Thank you Sarah May for being a part of that conversation π

Doctors don't seem to know enough, diets aren't working, medication is a bandaid, women are lost and confused and suffering - all while we are also navigating one of the most powerful, alchemical transitions we will ever journey through into our lives - becoming the wise woman.
And don't we need the matriarchs now in society more than ever!
The strong, powerful, wise, benevolent guide for our communities to light the way forward and be the pillars of history and knowledge for the younger generations.
I love having conversations with other women about this potent rite of passage - as we speak about it, it becomes less scary, less like we are doing it alone and more like a beautiful communionπ
I had a similar conversation with my beautiful friend Tamala Ridge a couple of months ago, which inspired her to create a master class 'Liberate Your Wise Woman' which I highly recommend you attend if you are curious about holding space for yourself as you move through this π
My dream is to hold women so that they don't have to suffer alone with all that women deal with in life. I don't want ANY woman to feel like I have at certain times - alone, confused, sad, suffering,
