Did you know you can reiki plants? I tend to buy only plants which can keep growing, and sometimes they wilt or look a bit tired.

Yes, they may just need water or nutrients, and when that doesn't work I offer reiki.

They definitely perk up.
It's a tonic, a boost, a revitaliser for everything... just think what reiki can do for you 😉❤️

Diabetes awareness month and world diabetes day today.

Now most of you know I have MS. I speak openly and often on this topic.

Did you know I'm also a type 1 diabetic?

I was diagnosed at 14 with type 2. An error which wasn't picked up until 9 years ago in routine tests.

When we moved back to Queensland my doctors didn't believe me, I wasn't on insulin, only 2 tablets a day and perfect sugars, my doctor said she'd only seen this once before and they only lasted 6 years on medication before going onto insulin... so, they ran the test again.

Guess what, same result. Type 1 confirmed. And I've been working with this my entire life since 14. Just two tablets a day, diet and exercise. Then I added reiki! Which we know can lower blood sugars.

For the most part, and probably due to another medical condition too, my sugars are stable.

I'm not sure if I'll need to go onto insulin, I hope not. Time will tell.

Diabetes, despite mine being stable, can be life threatening. It can cause blindness, heart disease, kidney failure, stroke, nerve damage leading to amputation, sexual dysfunction.

And healing when injured can take way longer. So the next time you come across diabetes, don't brush it off as just another condition.

It's dangerous when untreated. Deadly. Yet thanks to the miracles of modern treatments... we can live a normal, healthy life. ❤️

Lest we forget 🌺🌻
And allow us all to remember the sacrifices weren't just human, families, friends, colleagues... the ripple effect went on to pets, animals both domesticated and farm animals. Some forming bonds that were never broken until they died.

We stand tall knowing they sacrificed the ultimate price to make our world a better place. And still do to this day because it didn't stop here. Thank you for your service ###

When baking we need to follow a recipe. The ingredients for each recipe varies,yet the outcome is often as good as, it better than, the next one.

It's like this with healing. Some modalities are as good as others or even better depending on the client's needs.

And you don't always know what you need.

So choose a professional who can guide you. Choose someone who has been trained and understands energy.

Choose you over others.
Choose how you want to live your life.

Our Story

While I’ve been teaching for over 20 years, it wasn’t until I moved to Victoria in 2015 that Your Spirit Coach was born from a group of curious closet spiritual peeps. Originally I just wanted to let people know what it was about but it has grown and now I am using my skills from way back to offer services in energy and crystal healing, reiki (teaching as a reiki master), courses, both online and live, plus after many years of avoiding it, I am now back doing readings. Spreading light and love with a dash of kidnapped dogs and unicorns.
