🥳 FOUR YEARS! 🎉

This is just a HUGE shoutout to our boss-man and Founding Director, Rob!

Did you know, 4 years ago today Rob had his first shifts as a Sole Trader and made Rob Cares and Supports possible. 🤩

Now, just 4 small years on, we currently have 20 staff and 40 participants and we are still growing! All thanks to the amazing people who make RCAS possible. 🥰

Thank you to Rob and Sonja for doing all the hard work to get the business up and running, to all our staff who have joined the team (many who have been with us now for two years 🥲), and most importantly, to our beautiful participants who allow us the privilege to support them in their NDIS needs. We couldn’t have done it without you all!

If you see Rob or the team this week, give them a wave! We can’t wait to see what the next year has in store. 💙
