Raw & Unfiltered.
This is a video I recorded last week. I was going to retake it to have a ‘better’ one. I didn’t retake it. Because what came up in that moment is what needed to be shared as it was.
A lot has been coming up for me in my own experiences of how our bodies are intelligent beings that aren’t ‘broken’ and need to be fixed, but patterns that are held because that is was made us feel (simply) safe.
I hope you can enjoy some of my thoughts. It’s okay if it doesn’t make sense, I am still exploring this concept and on a little journey of my own.

This is what my morning routine looks like!
How I start my day before I start my day treating!

Somedays I love a sleep in, other days I love waking up early. No one else awake, the sun coming up over the horizon.
I don't get mad if I don't stick to a routine - but I do notice the difference. I feel the difference in my body, so to be routine is grounding.
My ideal day is always within reach. It's as simple as we make it. :)

The Solar Outpost came to me during lockdowns. Then it was just a space as a creative outlet for me. But then once I started my Remedial Massage course and thinking about a name for my business, I remember 'The Solar Outpost' coming to me.
I went with it, had no real definition of what it actually meant.
Over the years, I have thought about the name and what it means to me now.
Solar = Light, Outpost = Body.
~ The light that shines from our body, even through the darkest of times. ~
