WE’RE HIRING – SUPPORT WORKERS (SIL Accommodation)
Due to the expansion of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, we are looking for 3 experienced Support Workers to join our NDIS-supported accommodation home.
If you are passionate about supporting people to live independently and thrive in a home environment, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
✔ Personal care support
✔ Meal preparation & daily living assistance
✔ Community access support
✔ Maintaining a safe and positive home environment
Roster Requirements:
Rotating roster including:
• Morning shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Active night shifts
• Sleepover shifts
Essential:
• Experience in SIL or NDIS support work
• Personal care experience
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid & CPR
• Drives License and Reliable Car

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives?
Axcess Disability is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Male Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis, supporting clients in the Blue Mountains and Katoomba area.

About the Role:
As a support worker, you will assist clients with a range of daily living tasks, community access, and personal care to help them live independently and with dignity. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working one-on-one with individuals to improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Supporting clients to engage in community activities and social outings
• Assisting with household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
• Implementing individual care plans
• Promoting independence and choice in daily living

Requirements:
• Male support worker (genuine occupational requirement as permitted under the Anti-Discrimination Act)
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient, and respectful approach
• Experience is preferred but not essential
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
