Join our growing team at Axcess Disability as a Support Worker – and help children with disabilities build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

We are currently seeking both male and female support workers for early morning and afternoon shifts in the Penrith area.

About the Role

As a support worker, you'll be a positive role model, working one-on-one with children in their homes and out in the community. From sports and art to everyday activities, you’ll support and encourage children to thrive – all while having fun and making a genuine difference.

What We’re Looking For

We want team members who are:

Available for early morning and evening shifts

Energetic, physically active, and have a positive attitude

Passionate about working with children and young people

Patient, reliable, and emotionally intelligent

Great communicators who connect well with kids and families

Flexible, proactive, and strong team players

Requirements

Experience working with or willingness to learn Behavior Support Plans

Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Driver’s license and reliable vehicle (essential)

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers to join our team. We have multiple vacancies available in individual support and at a group home in the Penrith Area.
To be successful in this role you will need:
• Valid NDIS worker's screening check
• An Australian Driver's License
• Permission to work in Australia
• Be willing to work weekends and sleepovers (group home only).
In return for your dedication, we offer flexible working hours across seven days, above-award remuneration, access to premium NDIS training platform modules and courses, and great penalty rates according to the SCHADS Award.
