✨ The Power of Byosen Self-Scanning ✨

Self-scanning is a powerful Reiki technique that allows you to tune into your body's energy, identify blockages you may not be aware of, and restore balance.

💜 How to Self-Scan:
🔹 Place your hands in Gassho position
🔹 Say a prayer giving thanks and ask to be a clear and open channel for Reiki to flow
🔹 Bring your hands up and touch your third eye with your thumbs
🔹 Say a prayer to be shown where you most need Reiki
🔹 Place your consciousness in your non-dominant hand
🔹 Begin scanning with your non-dominant hand at the top of your head, and move down your body
🔹 Look for changes in your energy and treat those areas as they arise

Taking just a few moments each day to self-scan can bring profound clarity and peace. Trust your intuition, listen to your energy, and allow healing to flow.

Steph is going to be working out of Moruya Heads monthly from March! Next sessions are over the Easter break.

Steph has been a Reiki practitioner since 2022 and is a Certified Emotion Code ® Practitioner having used this modality on friends and family since 2018 and qualifying in 2023. Her Reiki qualifications are Usui Reiki 1 & 2, Holy Fire ® Master Reiki, Animal Reiki 1 & 2 and she is a member of International Institute of Complementary Therapists (IICT).
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include deep relaxation and feelings of serenity and wellbeing.
The Emotion Code ® was developed by US chiropractor Dr Bradley Nelson. As a former computer scientist, he created a binary and rapid system for identifying and then clearing trapped emotional energies that are causing persistent discomfort. Steph has fine-tuned this modality to achieve rapid insights and results. The combination of both Reiki and The Emotion Code ® modalities has proven to work extremely well.
Sessions in Moroya are at introductory prices, noting most clients finding some benefit after the first session, and three sessions generally providing more lasting relief. Packages and family/herd/pack deals are available.

The year 2025 is viewed as a period of spiritual awakening and significant shifts in the Earth's energy field. Many spiritual and esoteric teachings highlight moments like these, when collective energies align to create opportunities for deep transformation. The concept of unifying dualities is particularly compelling, suggesting a balance between opposites such as light and dark, masculine and feminine, and material and spiritual.

It’s often seen as a time to harmonize internal conflicts and strengthen our connection to both ourselves and the world around us. These shifts are believed to be tied to a growing awareness of interconnectedness and a deeper understanding of universal energy. During this time, the human mind, body, and spirit are finally able to perceive, feel, and become conscious of these changes. Well, it's pretty clear he's a keen client! He hunted down the pink lotus on the massage table case perfectly then climbed to dominance, and he's also the only client I've ever had who did zoomies at the start of the session 😄
