Here’s 7 things I’d say if I wasn’t afraid to hurt your feelings, as a cosmetic nurse (with love):

1. Rushing your appointments is how you end up with rushed results. A proper consultation matters more than you think.
2. Stop taking skin advice from social media. Most of it isn’t made for your skin.
3. Your face isn’t a trend. It’s anatomy, structure, and movement - and it should be treated that way.
4. What works for someone else won’t always work for you. Different face, different plan.
5. Over-treating too quickly is how faces lose balance. More isn’t better, it’s just more.
6. Subtle, staged treatments will always age better than quick fixes.
7. Good injectables shouldn’t be obvious. They should just look… right.
