Daylily Yoga teacher Rebecca.

Rebecca has lived a yoga lifetyle over the last twenty years. Practicing with a range of styles and teachers. She has completed level 1, 350 hour teacher training. And short courses on sequencing and beginners workshops.

Rebecca’s classes aim to support the wellbeing of the body and mind. They are mindfully created, with a focus on strenghtening the body, increasing flexibilty, bringing balance and calm.

🧘‍♀️ Slow flow class Fridays @ 9.00am.
