3 Weird, but Wonderful, Things I Do to Avoid Eye Fatigue When I Work Long Hours at My Computer đâ¨
Ever felt like your eyeballs are about to fall out after a long screen session? Same here. But Iâve found my own little routine to keep my eyes happy, even when the hours stretch long and the to, do list doesnât shrink.
Hereâs what I do, and yes, itâs a little unconventional, but it works,:
1. I wear my superhero glasses đ§Ą
No, not the kind that shoot lasers, but close. My orange, tinted blue light blockers are my secret weapon. They protect my eyes from harsh screen glare and blue light, helping me stay focused without the burn. Plus, I feel a little cooler when I wear them, bonus!.
2. I spray magic in my eyes, yes, literally đ§
Okay, itâs not magic, itâs ASEA. When my eyes feel dry, tired, or overworked, I spritz a little ASEA mist directly into them. It refreshes instantly, and itâs like a reset button for my vision. Feels like giving your eyes a cool drink of water.
3. I hydrate like itâs a full, time job đŚ
I keep a big glass jug of frequency, charged theraherz water right next to me, because if itâs not right there, Iâm too lazy to get up, real talk. Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to keep your whole system, including your eyes, feeling good. Funfact, ad some lemon đ juice and make it highly bio available water.
đâđ¨ So yeah⌠orange glasses, energy water, and eye spray might sound like a strange combo, but it keeps me going, grounded, and glowing, even after 8 hours on a laptop.
