💛 Female Support Worker needed in Gympie

I’m looking for a female support worker for a friendly adult female client in Gympie for regular Monday shifts (within school hours if needed). Additional shifts may become available for the right person.

This role is suited to someone with solid life experience who is confident, emotionally mature and comfortable providing practical, hands-on support.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is neuro-aware, respectful and non-judgemental
• Is happy to actively support with household tasks and daily routines
• Uses initiative and doesn’t need constant direction
• Is physically capable of pushing a wheelchair when required
• Is reliable, consistent and takes commitment to shifts seriously
• Is comfortable supporting both at home and in the community
• Is open to feedback and able to adapt to the client’s preferences and comfort levels
• Owns a reliable vehicle
