Navigating the NDIS can be overwhelming, but you are not alone. I’m here to guide you through the process and ensure you stay on track. I’m a mum of two girls, and when they were first diagnosed, I was overwhelmed and confused by the NDIS system. Through time and learning, I navigated my way through and now want to help others untangle what can often feel like a complex and confusing system. I understand how overwhelming and busy life can be, and I’m here to simplify the process for you. I’m down-to-earth, genuine, honest, approachable, and believe in finding moments of humor to lighten the journey. Having lost my mother to MND before the NDIS was introduced, I am deeply passionate about supporting families who are living in the thick of it. You are not alone — I’m here to support you on this journey so you can focus on what truly matters.

Hi, I’m Felicity, an NDIS Support Coordinator.
As a parent of two children who access the NDIS, I understand firsthand how overwhelming and confusing the system can feel.
I'm passionate about helping people access the supports they need, while reducing the stress that often comes with navigating the NDIS.
I believe everyone’s journey is unique, and I take the time to really listen and tailor my support to each individual’s goals and needs.
Finding the right providers is so important — we are all human, and one size does not fit all. I take great care in matching participants with services and providers that truly fit their needs, values, and personalities.
