Leveling up our treatments 💥

This weekend, Adam jumped on a plane to Sydney to continue doing what he does best—learning how to better support your body 🌿

He’s been training in Myofascial Release, a powerful technique that works with the fascia—the connective tissue that can hold tension, restricts movement, and contributes to pain.

Think:
✔️ Improved mobility
✔️ Reduced pain and tightness
✔️ Better body alignment

We’re passionate about not just treating symptoms, but getting to the root cause—and this is another step in that direction.

We are a family of five — soon to be six — with our fourth baby due in April 🍼✨

We live and breathe a holistic lifestyle and have personally experienced the powerful benefits of nervous system regulation — not only within ourselves, but within our children too.

By supporting our bodies out of fight/flight and into rest and repair, we’ve seen:

Our 30-minute mini sessions are the perfect way to experience its benefits. We offer both female and male practitioners, ensuring your comfort and peace of mind.

Ideal if you’re feeling sore or tense after a busy week at work, or carrying stress from the back-to-school rush — this session is designed to help you unwind and reset both body and mind.
