An interesting Four Corners investigating the sudden rise in cancer in Australians under 50.

Plastic packaging was introduced into mainstream food chains here in the 1970s when these now adults were born and plastic toxicity is the main focus of this program along with the changes in human microbiomes in the last 50 years.

Neither microwaves, which became a common household appliance in the 1980s, EMF exposure or the massive increase in pharmaceutical usage, including the new "vaccines" are mentioned.

We really are in uncharted territory for human health this century and will need all the tools in our toolboxes if we are to reverse this trend, especially homeopathy.

With the socials full of worried parents of sick kids, bursting emergency departments in the hospitals and nearly half of my kids' school away sick today, it's definitely time for a Flu and Fever post. There are many more than 6 remedies but these are a great place to start if you are suffering. These remedies are appropriate for any of the strains of RSV, Covid or Influenza going around.

An interesting article from a recent Medscape reviewing the negative impact that pharmaceutical drugs have on the human gut microbiome. Nearly half of the classes of pharmaceuticals damaged the microbiome balance of the gut.

As we now acknowledge that we have more non-human cells than our own cells and our microbiome impacts literally every process in our body, daily medications can severely reduce your body's ability to function properly.

Gut dysbiosis has in recent years been linked to the many rapidly increasing conditions and disorders experienced in modern Western cultures such as ASD, Parkinsons, chronic anti-biotic resistant infections, and auto-immune diseases.

Homeopathy offers a viable alternative to many pharmaceutical drugs as well as assistance in rebuilding the microbiome after medication is unavoidable.

A study has linked 19 drug classes to gut microbiome changes that may affect patient outcomes.

The Calendula is loving the warmer sunshine and longer days. It is always lovely to have its vibrancy in the garden, but Calendula's value as a medicine is irreplaceable.
Since the 19th century, Calendula has been used in wound healing, becoming an essential part of hospital kits during WW2.
Calendula is now available in chemists and health food shops in various forms and used widely for healing all sorts of wounds and skin conditions.

Having sucessfully treated many children over the years for Enuresis (bed-wetting), it is great to see some research studies being published that agree with me.
This randomised controlled trial studied 140 children over 3months and found that homeopathic treatment significantly decreased the frequency of bedwetting.
Each child in the homeopathic treatment group was prescribed individualised remedies, the most common being Calc Carb, Calc Phos, Kreosotum, Merc Sol and Sulphur.

Poor Facebook can't tell the difference between homeopathics and illegal drugs.
Just to clarify, homeopathy is a gentle and effective system of medicine. Completely non-toxic and not addictive.
The Helios kits I've used and sold for 30 years without ending up in rehab.
They are still available. :-)

At some point, I guess they will realise and reinstate my account properly.
Interesting reminder that fb is a bit supporter of the status quo.. 🤔

An excellent and thought provoking episode of Insight last week on Invisible Illness. There are so very many stories of misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis, medical gaslighting and negligence around chronic health issues and illness.
As triggering as the stories are it is reassuring to hear a Western medical doctor acknowledging that the system of medicine that he trained in sorely lacks assistance for many long term chronic health conditions that are rapidly increasing such as obesity and endometriosis.
It would be wonderful to see a resulting improvement in how Western medicine recognises and treats those with invisible illnesses. Increased referrals to alternative systems of medicine such as acupuncture, homeopathy and complementary therapies that do have much to offer would greatly assist many of these struggling humans as well.
A best of both worlds approach tends to be the most effective.
