Dumbells are a versatile way to get your weights work done - they can be used for compound or isolation exercises, (either specific to the muscle group or using many muscles) and they can be used for upper body only or you can hold them while doing squats or lunges to add extra weight on to them! Do exercises single sided to work your core in a different way!
