✨ It All Started with a Conversation on the Back Gate

Sometimes, the most powerful moments come from the simplest conversations.
One day, while swinging on the gate out the back, a parent shared their hopes with Dylan — one of the support workers they trusted most.

They had talked at length about what really matters in this space: being in it for the right reasons, not just for the money. And in that moment, they encouraged Dylan to start his own company — one that would put people first.

That conversation was the spark that eventually became DisabilityCo.
