💫 Road trip 🚘 Demo Delivery in Perth

I had a lovely ladies TM7 arrive that she ordered through me.
So road trip to Perth to help her navigate the Thermomix®.

We chose fruity dream, pizza Bianca and mushroom risotto. 😋

She is now confident to go from her TM31 to a TM7. She’s blown away by the changes and how far Thermomix® has come!

She knows she can call me or message me anytime she needs help.
Even have another demo to learn more hints and tips as she is not capped at just 1 demo.
That also means more host gifts 🎁
Pretty sure she is going to choose the new thermoserver as this you can only get through holding a demo!

If you would like to hold a demo, please message/call me and I’d love to come cook and show you.
Don’t have a TM7, I can bring mine.

Who’s had CADA? If you’ve owned a Thermomix® for along time you would have heard about it.

I started making this in my TM31 days. 2012!

It’s such a quick easy healthy tasty Brekky or snack. Have everything measured out ready in the fridge before to make it even more quicker. Or - make it the night before and store in the fridge.

CADA -coconut, almonds, dates, apple.
I use coconut flakes not fresh coconut.

The bday boy had a mate stay over last night - swagged it out in the paddock - went Marroning/yabbies out of the dam. Doing what boys do best.
So I decided to cook him another one of his favourites that is soooo simple but tasty.

Made a double batch of tortillas (and these are a weekly thing made here) took no longer than 1 beer 🍺 to make 😜
Used some of these for the smash burger tacos for all 4 boys. Rest of the tortillas went into the freezer.

Have my dad staying with us too, and he’s off to Thailand in a few days so thought why not make a Thai curry.
I already had green curry paste made up - I actually used the red chicken curry recipe but used green curry paste instead.
There is a few different options for green and red curry’s on cookidoo.
Also for the pastes. It’s so easy tasty to be able to make your own.

I added more chicken and used zucchini beans and bok choy as that’s what I had in the fridge.

Steamed rice (I used 450gms) in the basket in my other Thermi whilst the curry was cooking.
If you have 1 Thermi - I would make curry first (or rice doesn’t really matter) then into thermoserver whilst the other element is cooking.

Delicious 😋
