⭐️ Brioche Burger Buns ⭐️

This was actually dinner last night.
Wednesday nights are full on nights for the boys and I.
Basketball from the time school finishes - and if we are lucky a little break between games.

Burgers and chips are sold at the rec centre for basketball nights. But I have decided when I can that it’s burger night at home instead of buying out.

And gosh it’s sooo much tastier and healthier!

I did 2 lots of dough and made the buns bigger - saved them coming back for seconds 😆
