Let’s talk stock paste! 🧅🧄🍅🫚🥕🫙
Have a look at the price of this small 160gm stock paste on the supermarket. ⤵️
The first thing you should ever make in your Thermomix® when you get it on your bench. Is the vegetable stock paste!
💟If you have me come over and do your delivery - this is what we make together.
It’s so cost effective and is full of all the veggies you have in the fridge.
Keep those limp veggies or offcuts (make sure you use those celery leaves too) and pop them in the freezer labelled “veg stock paste” and soon enough you will have enough to make a batch. Yes you can freeze your veggies and use them in this.
No waste!
My jar I fill is around 780gm and most times I get a little bit more than that. Compared to this teeny 160gm jar 😵💫 and you literally chop and put in the thermi and cook! Thats it!
So if you haven’t done it yet - why not?
It is the flavour to all your dishes!
Even if it doesn’t say to add it - I add it when needed.
Yes - you do need that salt - do not taste it 😆 as I had 1 customer do and she chucked it. Omg!!
It’s the preservative to make it last in the fridge (or freezer - won’t freeze solid) use a fresh clean spoon each time so you don’t contaminate the paste as that’s what will cause mould etc.

📌 I actually use a different chicken and beef stock paste - if you want to know what I use - comment below.
💟Haven’t had your delivery? Please ask me. You will learn so much more than you thought you would.
