Another incentive I earnt - received a few weeks ago but forgot to share.

I have put the new dispenser against the old mix shop one. Both hold the same (900ml) but the mouth opening is wider and easier to put the batter into ..And shorter and wider to fit In the fridge a lot easier.

Only $14.95 on the mix shop 😍

Think pancakes, crepes, waffles, cupcakes, Brazilian cheese puffs or maybe you would like to use it for sauces, mayo etc.

Oh my gosh guys. What a whirlwind that was!!!
I made it to Thermofest - my 2nd one since being a consultant and it hasn’t even been quite 3 years yet since joining and look what I have done.

I’m so excited.

This is a well earned gift from Vorwerk Thermomix® to all consultants, team leaders, managers etc who qualified.
We had a certain time to qualify and with your help I got there.

I just want to say a massive thank you to you all.

⭐️ “Fakeaway” Mongolian beef noodles ⭐️

I had rump out for tonight and I was going to do stroganoff but the kids don’t do mushrooms so thought I’d do noodles.
Even though 1 of the kids don’t do noodles. Far out!!!
He had rice instead before I mixed the noodles through.

Love how hot the thermi gets with the high heat to sizzle and caramelise the beef!
I did 3 batches instead of 2 as I had a kilo of beef.

Delicious 😋 and made a heap also!

Rice noodles would be nice also - which I’d prefer but the other wanted these noodles.

🛑 don’t forget to wash the bicarb off the meat!! (This method is called “velviting”)
