I sat at a market all day offering sound healings… and not one person booked in.
Not one.
And if I’m honest?
My first thought was:
“Maybe I’m s**t at this.”
“Maybe this isn’t meant for me.”
“Maybe I’m the problem.”
I made it mean something about me.
And that’s what so many of us do.
We’ve been conditioned to believe that if something doesn’t work immediately, we should feel embarrassed. Ashamed. Like we’ve failed.
But here’s what I know now:
Failure isn’t shameful — it’s feedback.
That day taught me one of the biggest lessons of my life:
Just because something doesn’t work…
doesn’t mean you don’t work.
It might just mean the environment is wrong.
The offer needs refining.
The alignment is off.
Or there’s a better way.
Instead of quitting (like I had so many times before), I got curious.
I observed.
I listened.
I learned.
And I realised:
People probably don’t want to receive healing lying on a massage table in the middle of a busy market 😂
Fair enough.
That wasn’t failure.
That was research.
That was wisdom.
That was growth.
And this is why I love being a 3/5 in Human Design , I’m here to experiment, learn what doesn’t work, and then turn around and help others find the shortcut.
My mess becomes medicine.
My trial-and-error becomes transformation.
So if something hasn’t worked out for you lately
please don’t make it mean you’re not good enough.
Maybe life is just redirecting you toward what actually fits.
Try again — just differently.
