Client Spotlight: John 💙

John has been coming in for over a year now and has become such a familiar face around here.

He books in weekly for his massage with Sonya (wouldn’t go to anyone else!) and every now and then treats himself to a float too. He originally started coming in with lower back, neck and shoulder injuries, just looking for some relief from the constant pain and discomfort.

Now it’s a regular part of his routine and something he genuinely looks forward to each week. He’s moving better, feeling better, and says he doesn’t feel like “an old person all the time” anymore, which we love hearing.

It’s more than just pain relief for John, it’s helped his overall quality of life, and his massage day has easily become his favourite day of the week.

Rosie has been part of the City Cave Richmond family for over a year now, and we love seeing her every week!

Originally, Rosie started using our infrared sauna after recovering from a broken leg. The heat therapy helped support her recovery, but she quickly realised the benefits went far beyond that.

Now her weekly sauna session is something she relies on. With a very physical job riding racehorses, Rosie uses the sauna to help her body recover, ease her sciatic and back pain, and reset after long days.

She also loves how it makes her feel mentally — helping her stay positive, motivated to eat well, and sleep better.
