We were delighted to visit Victoria’s 2025 Pharmacy Assistant of the Year (PATY) winner, Jessica Brown of Emerald Village Pharmacy, today to congratulate her on her success.

Jessica is a passionate and dedicated community pharmacy professional who strives every day to make a positive difference in the lives of patients, the pharmacy team, and the local community by taking the extra step to ensure people feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Jessica will represent Victoria in the National Finals of the PATY Award, with the winner to be announced on 4 September at the conference in Sydney.

A big thanks to Jessica and Louisa Lammers for welcoming us to your pharmacy today and best of luck to Jessica in the National Finals!
