Like many of my clients, I’ve experienced the ups and downs of dieting and body image pressure. My own recovery journey taught me that food is so much more than numbers or rules: it’s connection, care, and nourishment. That insight drives my work as a nutritionist today, helping others rebuild trust in their bodies and find a more mindful, balanced approach to health.

Drinking enough fluids is important, but water isn’t the only way to stay hydrated. Some days we crave variety, warmth, or a little extra nutrient boost, and that’s completely fine.

Keep in mind, you also get hydration from eating fruit and veggies. Many contain over 90% water!

In this carousel, I’m sharing some alternative hydration options:

☕️ Herbal tea
🍲 Bone broth/soup
💧 Electrolytes in water
🥛 Milk
🥥 Coconut water

The best hydration is the one that fits your body, your routine, and your lifestyle.
