I'm Heather Freeman a qualified and practicing Counsellor, Mental Health Professional, Equine Assisted Growth & Learning, Equine Professional Specialist, Creative Art Therapist and Mental Health Professional Supervisor.

If you are looking for an alternative holistic approach in a safe environment to help you build a bridge to your own self-empowerment. Equine Assisted therapy could be what makes the difference. Equine Assisted Therapy is all about relationship either with self or connecting to others, the horses teach us about ourselves and our relationships. Equine-Assisted Therapy (working with horses) helps clients change and grow more effectively and quickly than other traditional clinical and psycho-educational approaches, this is because people typically learn best by doing.

Life lessons take deeper root when individuals both understand them in their heads and experience them in their bodies. Working with horses is engaging, real time, hands-on and the experience is immediate being fully felt.

I am also a practicing Holistic Counsellor for those who are uncomfortable with the idea of working with horses. I offer support and strategies through talk based therapy.
