Had the most beautiful day at Collingwood Children’s Farm with Jess and her support worker.
There’s something special about slowing down, meeting the animals, and soaking up the calm of the farm right in the middle of the city.

Jess loved exploring the gardens, saying hello to the goats, and enjoying the fresh air. Moments like these remind us how important connection, nature, and gentle routines are.

Grateful for days that feel this peaceful , and for the support workers who make these experiences possible for Jess every day. 💚🐐🌾

🏏 Saturday was a big day, G. had an amazing time watching with Liam the final cricket match in Melbourne, Australia vs England. The atmosphere was electric, and it was great to see him so engaged and excited.

Holidays Lunch Success 🍝
Yesterday G. enjoyed a wonderful lunch with his two support workers. A big thank‑you to Yenny for the delicious meal, G. absolutely enjoyed every part of the preparation and the final result.

G. usually chooses what he wants to eat, and the support workers help bring his choices to life. They also give him small, meaningful tasks during meal prep to help build his confidence and independence. It’s always great to see him getting involved and taking pride in what he can do.

A lovely day, a lovely meal, and great teamwork all around.
