End of July Activities ❄️

After our school holiday program wraps up, our Youth Group and Over 18 Social Group will be returning to their regular schedule — with a few small changes!

Instead of our usual 4–8pm activity on Friday 18th, we’ll be heading out on a day trip to the Fraser Coast Pop Culture Festival on Saturday 19th July in Maryborough. The festival runs from 9:00am to 3:00pm, with pick-ups starting from 8:00am. This activity is open for all ages and is a great opportunity to experience something different, explore pop culture, and enjoy a community event — all with the support of the Hi5s team.

🎮 Weekly Gaming Group 🎮

This Wednesday, we're kicking off our Weekly Gaming Group with a free session! It’s a fantastic opportunity to experience what the group is all about—gaming, game suggestions, connecting with others, and having fun in a supportive environment.

Our gaming group offers:

Bringing Our Garden to Life! 🌱
Our colourful garden at the Hi 5s office is starting to take shape, and it’s all thanks to the incredible efforts of our amazing participants and staff.

This garden has been planned by our participants and staff from the ALPS program—focused on building essential life and employment skills. Through hands-on projects like this, participants are developing teamwork, planning, creativity, and physical wellbeing in a fun and meaningful way.

A big thank you to Hervey Bay Garden Centre for generously donating soil to help bring our vision to life.
