I have been blessed to have worked within the Disability Sector for 15 years. During this time I have experienced so many changes, within the sector.

Some good, some not so good. I thrive on supporting people to achieve their goals and to build and maintain, their, chosen skills and to develop greater skills and independence. For the past 10 years I have been in leadership roles which have been rewarding on many levels, to see people grow and improve their quality of life. I believe "COMMUNICATION", "LISTENING", is absolutely the key to providing support with integrity, care, compassion and understanding. I have decided to step into My Own, and create a small, individualized service. I feel by being a small private company, I can offer a service that is based around the Individuals needs and desires, a Person-Centered Service!! A Service provided with the utmost dignity and integrity. I have experience supporting people with complex needs, dual diagnosis, acquired Brain Injury, Mobility Issues, Spinal Injuries, Behaviours of Concern (which I refer to as a reaction to a need that is not being met), intellectual impairment and many other abilities.
