It might be a strange question but it's definitely an important one, and here's why.

👨‍🔧 Over 90% of tradies experienced work-related injuries or pain in the past year, with 90% of these injuries caused or worsened by work.
👨‍🔧 76% reported pain significantly impacts their quality of life.
👨‍🔧 42% described their pain as severe, with some suffering for months or even years.
👨‍🔧 24% fear they will need to retire early due to stress on their bodies.
👨‍🔧 87% medicate or self-medicate to manage their pain, with 30% resorting to drugs or alcohol.

Mia completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in New Zealand and has recently relocated to the coastal town of Hervey Bay. She is passionate about helping people regain confidence in their bodies so they can return to doing the things they love—whether that’s work, sport, or everyday life—with purpose and enjoyment.

Mia uses a blend of manual therapy, movement, and education—shaped by her background in strength, functional training, and Pilates—to support people through injury, recovery, or long-term conditions.

Our physios and exercise physiologist brought the energy — and the costumes — to the Col Pearce Corporate Triathlon Fundraiser! 🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏼🏃🏽‍♀️
Two teams took part: one dressed as WWE wrestlers, the other as laid-back hippies. Despite their differences in style, both teams brought their best efforts to support a great cause.
A successful day of fun, fitness, and fundraising! ☀️💦
