TO BE INTENTIONAL AND UNSTOPPABLE
🚀🚀🚀🔥🔥🔥

To wake up we need to ask ourselves:
“What am I doing?” and
“Why am I doing it?”

To take action we need to ask:
“What do I really want?” and
“What am I going to do about it TODAY?”

I developed the practice of asking myself those questions six years ago!
I started when I became deeply and painfully aware that I was living an unconscious life that was running on automatic.

It SHOCKED me - and I DID NOT want to live life THAT way any longer!

I finally opened my eyes to my automatic everyday existence - and I knew I had to break that cycle.

I yearned for SO MUCH MORE.

There have been MASSIVE changes in my life ever since that ONE DECISION to live an INTENTIONAL UNSTOPPABLE LIFE 🔥💃🚀

It only takes one decision to completely change your life 1️⃣💯

Within a few months my husband had a massive breakthrough and healing I’d been praying for him for decades for.

He resigned from his job and we knew we were on the move to somewhere very exciting!

We knew everything in our life had been preparing us for what was next. All the pieces of the puzzle of my life were now falling into place.

Everything led to ‘such a time as this’!!

I then had a dream of a beautiful home
I found it two days later
It was at the location of my childhood dream - to live at a tropical beach

It was impossible for us to buy it but we didn’t believe in impossible. It’s now my home and retreat villa.

I then set up my own business part time, it wasn’t long until I was full time self employed.

My business then evolved twice to align with my heart and soul.
Again led by those intentional questions:
What am I doing?
Why am I doing it?
What do I want?
What am I going to do about it TODAY?

I’ve been through recent family crisis’s including losing my precious husband - but nothing is holding me back.

I know what I want and I take action to make it happen!!

Today I’m on my way to Dallas Texas for a two-day authors event ✈️🤠

I have books I KNOW I need to write ✍️

I’m stopping in beautiful locations (Fiji, Hawaii, Rarotonga) to break up the flights so I can check out future retreat locations 🌴☀️😎💃🔥

I’m very intentional.
I know what I want and I’m making it happen.

I’m learning a lot about leadership and what we’re capable of with my upcoming trip ✈️

I was employed when I last went on an adventurous overseas trip 8 years ago.
All I had to navigate was applying for annual leave, finishing a uni assignment and packing my bag.

In the past few weeks (due to now owning 3 businesses):

➡️ I’ve unexpectedly employed new staff and contractors
➡️ I’ve needed to do my part so quarterly ATO BAS’s were filed and paid before I left
➡️ I’ve created systems and have incredible people in my life to keep things running while I’m away
➡️ I’ve booked all flights and accommodation myself (Dean used to do that part)
➡️ I’ve connected with existing and new clients
➡️ I ran 3x free online groups to serve others
➡️ I’ve completed two renovations to my retreat centre - ready for my upcoming clients and group retreats

Yet I still created balance with lots of quiet reflective outdoor ‘me time’ and fun 🤩

And I’ve slept peacefully at night 💤

Having a calm regulated nervous system, a healthy positive mindset, being supported in seen and unseen ways, and knowing what matters most in life - makes a huge difference to how we navigate life.

I love this is what I live and breathe and offer to my clients ⬆️

LIVE LIFE TO THE FULL
EVERYDAY
In every area of your life!!

I’ve always 100% believed in living life to the full
I’ve always 100% believed this life is possible
But years ago I didn’t take action on it

In my 20’s I’d say statements like “when I retire” I’ll live there and do that

I used to think all I dreamed of would need to wait until ‘later’

Then I remember one day instantly waking up - I remember snapping out of ‘later’ mode and boldly stated “why wait - let’s do it now”

From then on Dean and I started living life in a new adventurous way.

A year ago we were so excited for the year ahead and all we’d do in 2026.
We had amazing travel plans. A year ago we had no idea Dean had terminal cancer.

When Dean passed away six months later I became even more determined to make every day count. To not put anything off.

I live and breathe living life to the full everyday!!!!

I absolutely love enabling my clients to live bold free empowered lives.

This week I’m about to enter into a new adventure.
My first solo overseas trip with a variety of destinations.
I’m very excited about stretching myself even further - about ALL that I’ll experience and all the amazing people I’ll meet.

I also know that each stretch has a flow on affect on those around me.

It’s also bittersweet knowing that my adventurous soul mate is not going to be there physically beside me - but I know he’s there in my heart.

Even though there is a lot I need to do to prepare to go - this morning I’m about to go out on an outrigger have a go day and tonight I’m going to a concert. 🎶💃

1st man “😠 it’s 🤬up, that’s the way the world is these days…..”
➡️ He was complaining, miserable and negative.

2nd man (beaming with happiness) “another day in paradise, just had a hike, now a refreshing swim, then breakfast with my wife”
➡️ He was grateful, happy and positive.

We literally create our own reality.

What we focus on creates our reality.
What we think creates our reality.
What we speak creates our reality.
What we believe creates our reality!
