I am keeping up with my Suzi Allen account but as most of you already know I manage this on my own and it gets alot at times
I have some personal family stuff happening and my attention is else where
I am also in training to become a intuitive trauma-informed breathwork facilitator
Im juggling alot at the moment

Im around but I am battling some things
I am ok
Im doing what i need to do for me
Sometimes life throws us something we sure as heel wasn't expecting amd its kinda throws u in a spin

Sad to say i have had two DUI's in my life
Once at the age of 19 then again at 21
I never drank and drove again
Both times I thought I could out run them
That thought didnt last too long
I am so dam grateful I never hurt anyone

Its the self doubt
The im not good enough
Addiction to some thing is like a comfort
A place u feel safe
For a moment
But so lost inside that you dont even know where to begin
I found my way
I tried many
You guys seen that too.
Now I am stepping into my heart
Stepping into my role
With tony right my side
We here to serve those who want change
The ones who are sick of putting the band aid on only for it to rip off later and repeated patterns over and over
