The older I get, the quieter I become about cutting people off.
I used to think I owed everyone an explanation. I used to write long paragraphs trying to make them understand why they hurt me.
Now? I just lock the door.
If someone disrespects you repeatedly, they made a choice. Your choice is simply to remove access. You don't need a final argument. You don't need closure. Peace is the only closure you need.

We are having a bit of a transformation
Bigger than expected

Suzis anxiety is up alot of changes all at once and a big unexpected one
But she is using her breath to feel her way into this new way.
