Take some time out this Easter and unwind with a slow-paced, restorative 75 minute Yin Yoga practice.

We will be having our regular class at 4p on Sunday.

Set in the tranquility of the Holistic Healing Haven at 399 The Esplanade, Scarness.

Please bring a mat and blocks. You may also like to bring a water bottle.
