The last 2024 5 week term for Hervey Bay classes is underway. We are back in January for a full week of classes. January 13 - 17 Intensive with Polly $250
Class times Monday to Friday 6.00 - 7.30am and 5.30 - 7.00pm

January 13 - 17 Intensive with Vera $125 Class time Monday to Friday 9.30 - 11.00am.

We try to use textural words when talking about pain. Mum arrived for a morning coffee with a “sharpness” in her lumber region.
This is still considered practice. Mostly to soften the mind. Her body is fully supported and held to relax the muscles in the lumber and stomach.

Hello Yogis, I am currently teaching Polly's Classes while she is in India studying.
The numbers are strong, however there is space for beginner students to squeeze in.

These senior students have 5+ years experience and sometimes we recommend practicing with the “old dogs”.

Yoginis in Indian Art and Thought.. Our first presentation and discussion session. There are 20 students attending. We are from all over the world. France, Netherlands, Poland, USA, us 3 Aussies and a some from other parts of India.

Study mode activated. Every 2 months we head to Woodgate Beach Yoga for Teacher Development. So glad that Shawn is an academic. Her study method is meticulous and then we talk about it and that’s how I learn the content. BLESSED!
