First of all I want to make it crystal clear, Emily here has left no stone unturned. She’s been through highs and lows and kept her focus to hit her goal. These photos above show the sheer determination of a girl that wanted a change and got it. Congrats Em You’ve done yourself proud. -87 kg down to 63 .kg she completed four week training blocks paired with a nutrition plan to complement the training load . Put this into some context, Em had been having a crack for just under a year, but it shows importance of sticking to a program trusting the process. It doesn’t all happen at the start but it just shows you what happens if you stick to it ,and trust the process. ⬇️⬇️
the last 16week 12-December 74.4kg 28%BF13-Feb 71kg 26.5% BF
April 2 63 kg 22%BF ——💪💪Anyone that’s worked with me knows have a no BS approach to training and nutrition .
1/ in the kitchen it’s measured and a sustainable shift in mindset on how to get your fuel in
2/ In the weight room it’s pretty simple programming, we lift heavy and with the intent on getting stronger.
