We’ve had so much chaos in our home! We lost teeth, welcomed 7 puppies, went back to work, spring cleaned and thanked god for my Thermomix 🙏🏼 we’ve made sweet and sour pork, beef stroganoff, steamed veg, boiled rice and slice. During chaos you need a Thermomix in your life!

🎉 It’s my Birthday 🎉

This morning we were up at 4am with the massive storm! We lost power so hubby boiled water on the BBQ 😅 my first thought was “oh man no pancakes for breakfast” but the power came back on hours later.

These are seriously the best pancakes I’ve ever had. Like clouds of sweet sweet delicious.

I cooked choc protein Anzac biscuits and banana bread while my other Thermomix made corn meat and veggies. I love how time efficient it is. So today I made, caramel cashew slice, protein brownies, protein biscuits, banana bread and corn meat and veggies with white sauce. No stress no fuss.

🍫 Protein Brownie 💪🏼

1 cup of cashews
1 1/2 cups of dates
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 scoop/sachet of protein powder

Blitz 7 seconds speed 6 (blitz longer or shorter depending on how chunky you like it) freeze for 10 mins, cut and devour 🤤
