Sprinkle by sprinkle.
Therapy looks different at The Place.
Sometimes it looks like cupcake decorating — choosing colours, exploring textures, sharing space, taking turns, and working together to create something sweet.
Underneath the sprinkles, we might be supporting food exploration, sensory processing, fine motor skills, planning, sequencing, communication, teamwork, flexibility, and confidence.
Food-based activities can be such a gentle way to build familiarity and curiosity around different textures, smells, colours, and sensations — without pressure.
Because sometimes therapy starts with one sprinkle, one brave try, and one shared moment at a time.
This is therapy, The Place way.
