Setting intentions is everything because? Intentions come from within and setting intentions is a decision you make about what you want to focus on. Where you want your energy to flow. This can take the form of thoughts, actions, letting go and deciding what you want to take on. Where do you want to place your energy, effort and focus? What work, people, study, places and situations do you want in your life? Work-wise, I have chosen to let go of work situations and people from 2021 that I have moved on from and/or who have moved on from me and in setting my intentions for 2022, I am choosing to continue my focus on my massage work, walking, yoga and cycling. I am setting my new intensions on study- a Diploma in Remedial Massage, writing, safely travelling and allowing myself to be open to new possibilities.
