Our team works hard to provide high-quality care, and we expect our staff to be treated with respect. Abusive or threatening language directed towards our team members will not be tolerated.
3. Protect Privacy
Please do not post personal or sensitive information, including the personal details of residents, staff, or other community members. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers, and medical information. If you need assistance or have specific concerns, feel free to send us a direct message or contact us privately.
4. Respectful Communication
We value open and respectful conversations. Please be kind and considerate when interacting with others. Any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination based on age, race, gender, religion, disability, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.
5. Relevant and Constructive Contributions
We encourage discussion and feedback related to aged care and the services we provide. However, comments and posts should stay relevant to the topic at hand. Off-topic, spam, or promotional content that is unrelated to aged care will be removed.
6. Handling Complaints and Concerns
If you have concerns or complaints regarding our services, we encourage you to reach out to us privately via direct message or through our official contact channels. While we are happy to assist, we ask that sensitive issues be handled offline to protect the privacy and dignity of all involved.
7. No Misinformation
Please refrain from spreading false or misleading information, particularly about aged care, health, or other sensitive topics. We aim to provide accurate, reliable information and expect the same from our community members.
8. No Hate Speech or Offensive Content
Our page is a safe space for all community members. We will remove any content that contains hate speech, threats, inappropriate language, or any form of offensive material. This includes images, links, and comments that are obscene, defamatory, or incite violence.
9. Trolling and Disruptive Behaviour
We reserve the right to remove any comments or users engaging in trolling, baiting, or disruptive behaviour. Persistent offenders will be blocked from the page.
