Spring is an interesting season in Tasmania. She has not quite relinquished her grip on winter and there are storms and chilly temperatures, yet the birds and buds in the trees tease of warmer days ahead. I've come to learn that the sound of rain on a tin roof is a beautiful thing and the dam is filling nicely (perfect for the new turbo chook chicks and ducklings)- plus it's a wonderful day to be in the warm studio.

It's a writing day - and I'm beginning to see the vision I had for my client's second book take form. The more challenging the weave - the more vibrant the story - the more powerful the impact on his audience. Well that is the hope. There is still a lot of work to do but I feel the energy flowing through the pages now.

Looking around I think I may need to tidy the studio after a full day of sessions yesterday. Knowing Tasmania, I'm sure the sun will be out soon and everything will glisten in gold. This is a place of healing indeed, teaching us to listen to nature, to retreat and travel inward when the storms rage, it's a time to find calm, to be productive, creative - or rest - but this time is just as important and just as beautiful as the time outside in the warmth of the sun.

I think Angus has made his decision on how he is spending today.😆

It’s been a heart-filled few days around here. I attended beautiful book launch on Sunday morning at Harmony Nursery/Garden Centre in Lauderdale (even the location had a beautiful name). It was lovely to see family, friends and local community come together for Meg May’s gorgeous book “Word Bone Woman.” Of course I bought a couple of copies to share with the precious people in my life, knowing they will feel held by Meg’s gentle words.

I must have felt inspired because the little Spirit Doll I had been working on before I jetted off to Scotland received a few finishing touches. These Spirit Dolls are all special to me since I have no pre-conceived ideas about how they are going to turn out. She takes form in my hands after meditation and by holding the intent in my mind as I work with the wool. I had intended this doll to be for Toni and felt I was being pulled deep into an ancient Feminine lineage as I worked with her. As her form neared completion, I turned to the Divine Feminine cards and asked for a message to accompany her on her journey. Of all the Divine Feminine cards that could have fallen from the pack I thought White Buffalo Calf Woman – The Prophetess of the Sacred Way was just - well perfect. Our little Spirit Doll was certainly channelling White Buffalo Calf energies long before I was aware of what was coming through.

Her message is “My heart is a compass. The path of love is true abundance.” Toni has just returned home after visiting the last couple of days – so it felt truly special to be able to complete her while she was here. White Buffalo Calf Woman is a symbol of hope, reminding us we don’t need to struggle to receive all we hope for. We just need to align our actions with our heart as we walk our spiral pathways.

She is filled with sage, pink rose petals and rose quartz as well as willow and lavender. Willow is the perfect trifecta of love, protection and healing while rose petal and rose quartz are all about unconditional love – perfect for the love of a child (no matter how grown up they are) 😊 She also has turquoise in her third eye - perfect for a mother & daughter’s clear and loving communication. She is adorned with the spirals of time, and she shares messages of the inward and outward spirals we must all walk. The spiral symbolises the non-linear, cyclical journey of birth, re-birth, growth, evolution, and transformation.

As if the message of transformation was not clear enough – Toni spotted the first snake of the season on our property. This one is was looking for water and a bask. Judging by the eyes and lightness of scales this one may be about to shed. For those of you who don’t like snakes, don’t worry, Mr P is now mid plans to move the bathtub slightly further back from the house on the property since it is really just there to provide water for any little creatures that need it.

Toni and I caught up with a couple of beautiful friends we have here – which involved good food and animals – what more could anyone want.

As we drove away from Hobart airport yesterday, my heart was full. My time with Toni is so precious – and I like to think Tasmania wraps its arms around her and gives her a healing and loving hug before she leaves. This time I sent her on her way with a copy of Meg’s book, Word Bone Woman and her own Spirit Doll and I know she will feel the love from both.

Hello beautiful souls how are you all? As you know I have been on my travels - and boy how illuminating and enriching that time away was. I travelled to Scotland alone on this trip which allowed time, space and quietness to not only recharge, but connect with some ancestral truths with so much more clarity. I didn’t know I needed this time, but I’ve felt a sense of calm since returning back to Tasmania - a calm I haven’t felt for quite some time.

A light was shone on some of the challenging pathways, themes and stories within my family's journey and I have been writing a lot about this aspect of my trip since I’ve been back. Some of it is a bit too deep and meaningful to share right now, but I might share at a later point in time if I feel others may be helped, healed or inspired by it - or perhaps once I feel the wisdoms or learnings have truly unfolded. For the most part, I can best sum the trip up by saying, I spent treasured time with precious people. The time spent was treasured because of its “ordinariness” doing, every-day activities. This may sound like a contradiction in terms, but I felt a level of contentment - a level of being in the moment - that is difficult for me to achieve naturally. I have found myself over the last few months needing to ‘work’ a little harder at being in the moment.

Having a young niece who skips to the car, just so she can walk around the supermarket with you is like carrying around a little pocket of happiness. Being able to take a walk along the beach with my best friend after her day at work was so therapeutic and so grounding. Gathering seaglass and tiny smooth pebbles that will remind me of home will be forever cherished. These little moments are what’s important in life. The lochs, mountains, castles, bagpipes, heather, whisky and haggis or all magical of course - they frame many chapters of my own story. But the quiet, unspoken ‘ordinary’ moments - they are the adamantine weave, holding hearts and souls together in the most ancient and enduring of webs, no matter age, time or distance.

The message is to notice the ordinary moments when spending time with your friends and loved ones. It is within your power to imbue the every-day moments with contentment, joy, magic, gratitude and wonder. Those of us parted from loved ones cherish the chance to do normal things with them like meeting up for a cup of tea. These ordinary moments are the quiet treasures sitting in the sand, like smooth seaglass waiting to be noticed, picked up and adored, to be treasured and appreciated not because they sparkle - but because to truly hold those little frosted seagems brings calm when seas are rough. The ordinary - a soothing balm for the soul. When it comes down to it, the ordinary moments are what connects us all

Hello beautiful souls how are you all? As I write to you I am ensconced with family in Scotland at the height of Summer. It's my favourite time in the Northern Hemisphere with the long, bright days. There has been the usual unpredictability of the weather but it has generally been "close" (our expression for humid) and the rain certainly doesn't stop play here - at least in the Summer months :)

In my last blog and prediction post I mentioned "Gaia's breath" and a LOT of water energy including Tsunamis (the biggest we have ever seen)- which I happened to publish just as the Texas floods hit. I noted that while this was indicative of what I was being shown, I didn't feel it wasn't THE Tsunami event ... Fast forward a couple of weeks and the the news this morning is showing details of a HUGE earthquake - 8.8 magnitude - off the coast of Russia - with Tsunami warnings stretching far and wide ... My feeling is this is just the start of something huge unfolding though perhaps not just thus event alone. Gaia is all about balance - so there may be a related event fairly soon. I have my cards with me so if I get the chance I will read on this later. One thing's for sure - Gaia is shaking things up right now and it looks like we are all on a "shoogly peg" for the foreseeable.

I mentioned I've brought my cards with me here. I make a point of bringing them so they can absorb the energies of my ancestors and the ancient energies of this land. Your cards become an extension of you when you use them long enough so it seems only right to bring them along to connect with them on a deeply symbolic level. Let's see what time allows on this trip though because it has been full on with family - which is just perfect.

Last night I read the news about the Texas flood. I'm a bit late in picking this up as Mr P and I don't watch Free to Air or TV in general, preferring to get our news from trusted sources online - the timing of which depends on how busy we are ... It must have seemed insensitive that I wrote about a world where we care about the environment and of course the mention of Tsunami in my recent blog (my writings were not motivated around this particular event ) - I genuinely had no idea this was unfolding. How distressing and utterly heart breaking. As someone who has had a lifelong fear of 'wild' water, I can't think of anything more terrifying - particularly for those children who were sleeping. Sending Angels to surround those families and departed souls🤍 Please note I have deleted the link to the post on FB - though it is still available on the Gaia's Light website

Hello beautiful souls. Finally getting around to sharing a little blog about a dream I had. It wasn't a particularly pleasant one I have to say - but if you manage to read to the end of the blog I have shared a warming and uplifting little piece of energy work you can do focusing on the Beyond Lemuria Oracle Card I have shared with you.

With Uranus in Gemini you may find you are having some crazy dreams - or some huge downloads. My advice if you want to develop your intuition and connection to the symbols spirit shows you in your dreams - is keep a journal beside your bed and write down whatever you remember first thing in the morning (remembering to add the day's date). You may start to gather the evidence you need that you are more connected in than you realise.

Ever since my Reading the other day, I’ve had a building “feeling” that something big is around the corner – whether it’s a shock of some kind …or a significant event … I’m seeing “Breaking News” … you know the way the mainstream media likes to sensationalise and hype everything? So over the last few days I’ve been pulling daily cards to keep a check on the energies. Today was the second time The World fell out the pack and though yes it’s a fabulous celebratory card …I can’t help but think – a new journey is about to begin (aside from my own physical journey to the other side of the world 🤗) – which obviously means the end of something. It also echoes the Winter Solstice Read where the Fool made an appearance at the end of the spread … again – “new beginnings”.

The World is a karmic card - it reminds us that travel towards our destiny (the collective destiny) can’t be avoided but it can be redirected with our own Free Will … This means – the collective needs to come together if change is desired and wished for - change is possible - peace is possible - caring for our planet is possible.

The World reflects the “wholeness” with which we begin each cycle, and the continuity of life beyond birth or death. The soul lives on … .

If we think of our physical life and the journey we travel while here on earth – we can view the World card as the beginning of the next stage – the Soul journey … The Fool has learned all he needs to learn – he understands the virtues needed to progress in life …he has completed a cycle - and now he begins again – on a new journey. A spiritual journey.

On a personal level The World represents your accomplishment, completion of a task, triumph, or a new beginning. It’s a positive, life affirming card and if this fits for you right now – Congratulations. You must take time to stop and reflect on your success - you must celebrate in the here and now because as soon as you take a step forward – your new journey begins. 🫶💫✨

For the collective – I agree there may appear to some cause for cautious optimism and celebration as though we have pulled back from the brink … and yet, it’s almost as though I don’t trust what we’re being shown here …in the Akashic Realms I’m seeing more to come. There’s “Breaking News” …and there is a Karmic element at play. Yes there is a new beginning but I still feel this comes after an ending - and I think that’s all I’ll say about that for now. Yes we can focus on the positives - even when something is Destined - and we can change it will Free Will

Following the Solstice Season Reading yesterday, I felt the call from the Divine Feminine this morning - loud. She is demanding to be heard - right now! As many of you know I work with Mother Mary - the Divine Feminine, The Triple Goddess and our Sacred Mothers and Ancient Grandmothers in the Akashic Records. They are rising all around the planet at this time and their message came through loud and clear this morning. There are some Fierce energies here! The King of Swords message is further enforced by Zhoou Xuanjing, The Mystic of Peace. "When my mind is clear, the way is clear." Let's hope there are some clear and balanced minds at work in these times. Intelligence and Fair Mindedness, balanced by Empathy, Love and intuition.
