Yoga returns next Tuesday 9th September. Are you looking for a class that supports you and where you are at. Whether you are wanting to start to move more, recovering from illness or injury, support yourself with gentle movement, strengthening and stretching.
The 4pm Gentle Supported class might be just what you have been looking for. No previous experience necessary. It is said if you can breath you can do yoga. We use props such as chairs, bolsters and blankets to support you through out the class and adapt the yoga to you not you to the yoga postures.
If you are after a more general class then the 5.30 class might suit you. Same principles as the 4pm class working with the breath, mindful movement and relaxation. Registration is essential so give me a call.
