Yoga starts on 3rd Feb, join me to move and breath mindfully with the practice of yoga. Two classes this term from 4-5pm a chair based class with a focus on gentle supported movement with mindfulness practices suitable for anyone wanting to start moving or recovering from injury or illness or just to practice yoga. 5.30-6.30pm a General Class focusing on mindful breath and movement. Curious but would like to try before committing join me for a free class on Saturday 31st January 9am CTC Library Holbrook.
