Founding directors Nadine and Amy established The Arrc with the vision to provide exceptional care using a compassionate client-directed approach. Nadine and Amy have a passion for supporting people to grows and develop their skills and knowledge to achieve their goals. Amy has worked in community services for over 25 years in Australia and overseas. Amy previously worked for DHHS as a support worker, house supervisor operations manager and compliance and auditing local connections role. Amy has extensive experience working in youth work, mental health and the disability sector. Her recent position was as a trainer assessor delivering diploma levels both in community services and mental health. Nadine has a background in business and commerce. Both founders hold extensive qualifications in community services. They came together to achieve their vision of providing much needed services in an environment that is nurturing, and gives people the opportunity to thrive and reach their goals. All staff are highly skilled and experienced in providing client-centred support. Staff are available 24/7 with sleepover support. The home is set on 5 and a half acres, chosen for it's beauty and natural environment. The vision was to create a lifestyle farm with vegetable gardens, fruit orchards and mini farm animals. The home is fully furnished with 6 spacious bedrooms. The services offered include:
