Small class sizes of 6-8 people ensures a tailored and focussed experience just for you. Classes are open to all levels and all are welcome here.

Autumn Yin Workshop | returning for another season join Steph and Spencer for their signature 2-hour Yin Workshop at the beautiful .body studio.

This grounding session helps nourish the lungs and encourages gentle letting go as the season turns. Autumn is governed by the Metal element, supporting the Lung and Large Intestine meridians — inviting us to breathe deeply, release what no longer serves, and create space for clarity, acceptance, and calm.

We journey inward through all the senses — sight, smell, sound, touch, and taste — guiding you home through the body to the heart.

• Receive a nurturing four-handed massage and sound bath to close.
• Enjoy warm home-made chai and soothing home-grown mint tea.
• To ensure focused attention, spaces are limited to a maximum of 16 participants.

Rest | we are grateful for a year full to the brim of blessings and lessons, most grateful for the community that has taken root in our hearts within Fern Tree Yoga and .body. Most looking forward to continuing our practice together in 2026. We are on break from Mon 22 Dec - Sun 4 Jan. Classes resuming Mon 5 Jan. May God’s grace grant you and families peaceful and joyful passage through these holidays and into year of fire horse!
