Small class sizes of 6-8 people ensures a tailored and focussed experience just for you. Classes are open to all levels and all are welcome here.

We’ve refreshed the schedule for 2026!

Monday nights are waitlisted with a few spots remaining for Tuesday night.

Spencer will be taking over the 7:30am Vinyasa class on Saturday.

Rest | we are grateful for a year full to the brim of blessings and lessons, most grateful for the community that has taken root in our hearts within Fern Tree Yoga and .body. Most looking forward to continuing our practice together in 2026. We are on break from Mon 22 Dec - Sun 4 Jan. Classes resuming Mon 5 Jan. May God’s grace grant you and families peaceful and joyful passage through these holidays and into year of fire horse!
