The important role Self-Compassion plays in healing. ❤

When a particular part caring an old wound is triggered, it tends to take us over so we can't see outside of the worldview of that part.

When we relate to a triggered part from a place of compassion, we become dis-identified with the part and can make wiser choices.

A recent study with business owners over 50, running companies grossing $9M+ annually, found that EFT Tapping reduced anxiety and depression by 34%, pain by 41%, and cravings by 50% after just one day of group sessions!

Does your workplace embrace or recommend EFT Tapping?

This study assessed psychological indicators in business owners (N = 39) over 50 years old and whose companies grossed US$9 million or more annually. Participants attended a daylong seminar combining psychoeducation with EFT delivered in small group format using a manualized protocol known as Borrowing Benefits. All members of each group used EFT while witnessing sessions conducted by a certified Clinical EFT practitioner. After treatment, the severity of psychological symptoms such as anxiety and depression declined by 34% (p < 0.0008). Pain was reduced by 41%, and cravings for problem food and drink items by 50% (both p < 0.0001).

As businesses seek methods of reducing stress in professional settings, Clinical EFT groups offer a fast and effective technique to improve both the physical and psychological dimensions of employee well-being.

🌿 Exciting Updates for 2025! 🌿

As we settle into the new year, I’m shifting my focus back to offering Clinical EFT online, making it easier for clients locally, across Australia and Internationally, to access sessions from the comfort of home. Clinical EFT works just as effectively online, and since June last year, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients both across Australia and the USA with great results.

While I won’t be at Thrive Health Clinic regularly, I’m still available for face-to-face sessions in Horsham and Murtoa. Feel free to reach out anytime to chat about what style of appointment works best for you for those in Horsham, Murtoa and surrounds.

Free Clinical EFT Sessions – Limited Offer

I am currently offering two 3-session packages of Clinical Emotional Freedom Techniques (Clinical EFT) FREE OF CHARGE (online sessions only).

I am working towards my Advanced Certification as an EFT Practitioner with EFT International (I am already a Certified Practitioner, and now pursuing Advanced Certification). I have received training both in Australia and Washington State, USA.

I am seeking individuals who would consent to having their de-identified session notes submitted to my Clinical EFT Trainer and Mentor in New South Wales, Australia, for assessment of my advanced skills.

Requirements:

Be ready to work on an issue you feel stuck with, something that causes limitations in your life, or something that causes some distress.

Be able to commit to three sessions, which can be scheduled weekly or fortnightly.

Understand that if deeper work is needed, three sessions may not be sufficient.

Be willing to undertake a 40-minute consultation to assess whether Clinical EFT is the right modality for you at this time.

This offer is open to individuals in the Wimmera, across Australia, and internationally.
