How lucky to see these beautiful women in this special season of life. Tonight we had first time mums, second and third time mums (and some have come to Aquanatal for multiple pregnancies!) and even a lovely twin mum! It’s so nice to see the friendships form that often grow outside of the pool too!

It always brings a smile to my face when I see the ladies catching up before we get the class started! Sharing pregnancy experiences, first time mums asking others that have kids already questions, tips and tricks- you name it! It’s so wonderful and I’ve been trying to catch these glimmers on camera more often!

Thanking everyone for their donations of unneeded nappies for so far! We are a donation point so that nappies you no longer need can be redistributed to families in need. What I love is that it doesn’t have to be unopened new packs- they will also accepted miscellaneous ones as well!

We have been recognised as finalists for the Australian Women’s Small Business Champion Awards! When I first opened .chiro.hurstville I was hoping to bridge a gap I had found personally, I had no idea at the time we would have more than one Chiropractor let alone be a finalist for awards like this as a small family owned business. To be be able to support growing families while my own family expands has been so rewarding but something a few years ago didn’t think was possible. To all our wonderful patients that have trusted us over the years, thank you 🥰
