We have 5 x 60-minute massage vouchers to give away so that you can reward someone special in the community.
The Catch?
All you have to do is donate to Sahssi.
This is an honesty box system. You don't need to prove you've done it or display how much you've donated. We trust you. Donate as much or as little as you want. There's no minimum amount.
Just send a message through to our IG inbox to check there's vouchers available. Tell us who you are celebrating, and we will forward you the voucher.
Please note that the voucher must be claimed in July or August.

We are open this weekend (amidst all the construction chaos) from 11:30 to 3pm.
This includes : sauna, ice bath, compression, and cryo.
Come on in for a free sneaky session and give your recovery a boost.
The Catch?
Must be a Member of a G.A.P. gym.
G.A.P. gyms are tagged in the post.
Bookings are essential- no walk ins.

Come on Down, take a quick dip in our beautiful bay and help raise funds for an amazing cause- The Daffodil Day Dip- Supporting the 1 in 2 people affected by cancer each year.

The past few weeks have been intense — balancing a growing client load while continuing to build Bowline Recovery has taken a real toll on my energy.

To maintain the quality of support I offer and look after my own wellbeing, I’ll be taking on a lighter schedule next week: 15 clients only, across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Only 1 appointment left for Wednesday.

This decision is about sustainability — ensuring I can continue to show up fully for the work we’re doing.

📣 Week In Review – Service, Support & Smiles! 🌊

Our hardworking Fundraising Team were at it again with a full weekend of activity – meat raffles with the always supportive Club Jervis Bay, the Husky Markets, and a special Mother’s Day Draw that saw a number of happy winners! 🎉💐

A huge thank you to everyone who purchased raffle tickets, both online and in person – your support means the world to us and helps keep our unit strong. 💙

Our monthly Unit Meeting included recognising some of our newest Radio Operators who’ve earned their rates – thank you for your dedication and commitment to safety and communication. 🎧📻

🛠️ JB20 came out of the water for scheduled servicing and a full check-over to keep her running smoothly. Meanwhile, JB41 is currently undergoing maintenance to ensure she remains in top shape for the work ahead.

Despite a few rescues throughout the week – including a couple of late ones – our volunteer crews remain ready and committed to keeping everyone safe on the water. 🚤🌊

And finally, to our local community, visitors, and supportive businesses – thank you. We simply couldn’t do what we do without you. 💛
