Happy (half) Anniversary to Me 💛

6 whole months since I took possession of the keys to the life changing space that is .albury

✨6 months of learning, growth & laughs

✨6 months of late nights & early mornings, leading to some very long days…

✨6 months of having the most brilliant team backing me the whole way

✨6 months of the continued support of our amazing members & community

✨6 months of my husband wondering if I remember where we live

I know this is only the beginning of our Ardor story, but if this is the start I can’t wait to see what is to come 💛

I am so grateful for each and every day I get to share Ardor x

Spending today in my beautiful studio, the first Sunday in too long and remembering this is what it’s all about.
The Sunday energy is calming, relaxed and yet energetic. This is what I fell in love with, sharing yoga with those that want to take the time for themselves.
Ardor is a space of growth for everyone, including me 💛

January 2019 I was throwing seeds around all w***y nilly on a suggestion by my Gym Manager & the belief of my Yoga Teacher.
Little did I know where that would lead me in 2025 💛

Let go, trust the universe and work bloody damn hard!

2024 has been a year. I’ve lost love, found growth ❤️‍🩹 and am oh so very grateful for everyone who I have shared my energy with. Without your trust and support I would not be where I am today.

When you visit, when you show up for you, you get to decide how little or how much you want to do in that session.

While I’m there to guide the class, if you would prefer to curl up into Child’s Pose then I won’t stop you. Soak up the energy and join back in if and when you’re ready 💛

Did you know while it’s nice to move constantly throughout your yoga session, it’s even better to sink in and let a pose settle.

Take the time to embrace the pose, to feel the breath and to allow yourself to be in the moment.

We rush from place to place, thing to thing, point A to point B…. I’m the first to admit that I’m guilty of it! Take the time to simply be.

If I’m feeling nice, I’ll let you settle into a comfy pose… if not, you’ll find yourself resting in Warrior III 🤣🫣
