Morning Blessing

May the joy of simple things paint your day
in bright colors of the nature.
Walk gently into the day,
with gratitude as your compass
and light, your own light,
showing you the path.

🌕 The Blue Moon This Weekend Might Explain Why You're Feeling Like This

Have you noticed yourself looking at parts of your life lately and thinking...

"I don't know if this fits me anymore."

Not necessarily wanting to burn your whole life down.

Not wanting to run away.

Just quietly noticing that some things don't sit the way they used to.

That's very Blue Moon energy.

First, despite the name, the moon won't actually be blue. A Blue Moon simply means an extra full moon that occurs within a particular calendar cycle. Because it's unusual, people have associated it with moments of awareness, completion, and seeing things differently.

And that's where it gets interesting.

Full moons tend to bring things to the surface. Thoughts you've been pushing aside. Feelings you've been too busy to look at. Patterns you've normalised because they've been there for so long.

A Blue Moon often does this on a deeper level.

It has a way of highlighting what has quietly changed inside you.

The friendship that feels one sided.

The habit that once protected you but now holds you back.

The dream you've outgrown.

The version of yourself that keeps trying to keep everyone comfortable while secretly feeling exhausted.

You might find yourself reflecting on decisions you made months ago and suddenly seeing them through completely different eyes.

You may also feel more emotional than expected.

Not because anything bad is happening.

Because awareness can be emotional.

There is something powerful about realising you've changed.

Many people spend years waiting for lightning bolt moments.

The truth is that most personal growth arrives as a quiet realisation.

A simple thought.

A feeling you can't ignore anymore.

A knowing that keeps returning.

So if this weekend feels reflective, if you're questioning things, if you're noticing where your energy naturally wants to go and where it resists going, pay attention.

The Blue Moon isn't here to tell you what to do.

It simply shines a light on what you've already been trying to tell yourself.

And if this post found you at exactly the right time, I'd love to know.

What is one thing you've realised you've outgrown recently? 🌕
