Hello Everyone,

I am sorry for sharing this often, however, we have so many customers coming to us to fix their problem glasses! Mady by other "Australian" online optical businesses! - The ones with the flashy sites and high review numbers! - This is important to us, because businesses like this ruin the reputation of other, similar businesses.

Please do your research! - Give the optical business a call and ask to speak to their optical mechanic! Sure, in some instances their glasses maybe cheap. However, your vision deserves clarity! You should be able to see through your glasses.

We had a lady come in today whom had bought two pairs of glasses from another "Reputable" online company. One pair had the wrong "Add" or close-up prescription in it and the other pair was made to a completely different prescription! - We compared the prescription that was sent with her glasses, to the prescription she supplied the company. There were extra, irrelevant measurements added to her glasses.

Our clear lenses are the prices you see on our website. We don't upsell and encourage you to customise your lenses to what you need and want.

We are the cheapest when it comes to the quality of the lenses we supply. Our reviews are honest (we do not pay to have thousands of fake ones written for us, hence why we don't have many!) - 95% of our customers are happy with our products and services.

Check the other companies socials, do they share behind the scenes content? - Do they stipulate who they are and where they get their products? Do they showcase a staff member who you can talk too? - Please do your research! Thank you.

Merry Christmas Everyone,

We hope you are all having a wonderful day! 🎄

We started off our day by taking some gifts in honour of our “Christmas Loving” pup “Stormy” who adored Christmas, to our local Paws and Claws. 🎄 🤶🏼 🎅🏼- I started “Stormy’s Wish”, in honour of him. We do a collection drive to get toys, treats etc for our local rescue pups who may not normally get as much love as they deserve! ❤️ - I started a little late this year, however, I think what we gave may give our rescue pals some fun and love today! ❤️

Of course, our pups got spoiled. 🥰 They are not quite as excited about Christmas like their older brother was, however, they are certainly happier today! 🎄🐶

#12: Your Pupillary Distance is critical when it comes to having a high prescription and if you request certain types of lenses! This is something that is obtained during your eye test. However, your optometrist is not obligated to give it to you when requesting your prescription. Of course, this doesn’t seem right. Furthermore, optometrist feel it should be obtained by those making your glasses. This is only possible if you meet them face to face. We can give you a simple procedure, or alternatively, look for a quality, highly rated PD measurement app. 🤔

Your PD doesn’t change once you become an adult. So it’s not something you need to stress out about if the optometrist doesn’t give it to you each time. ☺️ - We can use our vert to take all necessary measurements from the lenses, if the glasses you are using have your lenses in them. 😎

#11: The modern name for Photochromic lenses is Transition lenses. This lens material tints in the sun and clears up indoors. People often confuse “Transitional” with “Multifocal”, “Varifocal” and “Progressive” which refer to a type of lenses! 🤔
