Hello,

We hope you are well and all the ok!

When your frame arrives a proper assessment is done to ensure the correct size blank and measurement are taken to ensure the lenses will be fitted correctly!

We received a broken frame from an old customer of ours who wants Gene to fit the existing lenses to a new, exact frame. As you can see, the old one has been put out of shape by having lenses that have not been cut correctly and are far too big for the frame pushed into it. Hence why the frame is broken!

We have been getting regular customers from this particular “leading” optical company and we can see why! Lenses are fitted incorrectly making heights etc wrong. Not to mention the quality of the lenses are way worse than our Australian-made lenses which we supply for a fraction of the cost!

Shop around, don’t accept what they tell you in the shops! Gene has over 40 years of experience in the industry! He has done a lot more than 8 weeks in a retail store and knows a lot about optical products, not just sales!
