Fear, failure and anxieties, who are you? I continuously experience you in my present moment, yet I know that all this comes through my past experiences. In reality, they are just words developed through traumatic experiences faced by my mini-me.
What is happening right now, I ask? There is only quietness and words swirling in my head. These thoughts are being projected by my mind into the now. I stop reacting to them, and for a milli-second, I get the peace I strive for.
It becomes very clear that when I go to the future and the past, I create fear and anxiety for myself. Then I chose to stay here in the present moment, where I am free of doubts and all that has transpired in my short life. I realise the future is the next second, the next minute, the next hour and the next day.
I decide to put my best foot forward, and before I know it, I have spent the day without any fear, anxiety or doubt. After everything, all we need is this second right here.
