In this workshop we'll be exploring fear, diving deep to understand how fear is affecting you, and starting a conversation with your fear so you can work with, not against this challenging emotion.

This is the second instalment in a four part series exploring challenging emotions. Join me from 1pm on Saturday 18 April at St Thomas' Church Hall, Laurence Street North Ipswich to make friends with your fear and from 2pm onwards for total integration with a Deep Sound Immersion.

Get ready Ipswich for Kundalini and Sound, 1pm this Saturday at St Thomas' Church Hall in North Ipswich.
I'm bringing Kundalini Yoga to Ipswich, a unique and powerful style of yoga for transformation and change. A great practice to support mental health and you don't have to be an athlete to do it.
I specialise in delivering a gentle therapeutic style of this yoga that is accessible to all, no matter what your fitness levels, with attention to mental and emotional health.
This is the first in a series of workshops aimed at changing our relationship with difficult emotions. We start with anger, using tools and practices from the Kundalini Yoga tradition to explore the emotion, ask what messages it has for us, and transform it into positive change.
