ReSounding - Yoga and Sound

ReSounding - Yoga and Sound ReSounding is a combination of deeply relaxing sound and therapeutic yoga.

The soothing sounds of high vibrational instruments and voice create space for deep relaxation and stress relief and can support self healing through Deep Sound Immersions. I am a certified yoga and sound therapist, having trained with the Sound Healing Academy and the Guru Ram Das Centre for Medicine and Humanology. I started my journey when I undertook Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher training in 2011/12. I completed 2 of the level 2 modules before I discovered The Guru Ram DasCentre in 2016 and refined my learning to the therapeutic application of Kundalini Yoga. It was Kundalini Yoga that first introduced me to sound and in 2018 I purchased my first large brass gong and undertook group sound training with Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux (US) and Jaye Roberts (Aus). In 2021 I furthered my therapeutic sound training with the Sound Healing Academy (SHA, UK) with a diploma in one to one sound healing and I continue to undertake training to deepen my understanding and knowledge. I love to use my voice and have completed training with SHA and others to further develop the qualities of using my voice for healing, including Nada Yoga and Soul Voice techniques. I also hold Reiki level 1 and 2 certifications and use energy healing as part of my individual therapeutic sound healing practice.

I haven't posted for a while, I've been in recovery mode.

A little over a week ago I had an accident and my van was written off. Fortunately I wasn't seriously harmed in the accident.

It's had a big impact on my life, the shock (stress) of being in an accident, not having a car in an environment where it's not easy to get anywhere without one (access to shops, getting to appointments, being able to get myself and my instruments to sound events).

I'm hoping to get another car this week but can't guarantee I'll have it in time for the Ipswich Deep Sound Immersion this Thursday, so I'll have to cancel.

Fingers crossed I'll have a new car and will be back sharing the vibes with you soon.
