Recipe of the week: Ermine icing

Ermine icing is a super stable, light and airy buttercream made by making a roux, cooling it, and then beating in butter and sugar. Suffice to say it is AWESOME to make in the Thermomix®!​

Perfect for summer cakes and celebrations, because it is much more stable than regular buttercream, make it to fill melting moments, top and fill cakes or any other sweet treats that take your fancy. The recipe has 4 variations: Vanilla, Berry blush, Cookie dough and Citrus burst.
