Chloe is a registered nurse and has been a student of yoga for over 8 years. She recently completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Body Mind Life in Sydney under the guidance of her inspiring yoga teachers. Practicing styles including Iyengar, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga Chloe creates classes to suit every body's needs, regardless of flexibility, fitness or level of strength. Chloe is an energetic, tough but kind and passionate teacher who will help her students to delve deeper into themselves and find more peace, love and compassion in their every day life. Combining her medical and anatomical knowledge with the spiritual and alignment principles of yoga to create classes that leave her students feeling relaxed, renewed and refreshed.

Wednesday night Yin classes at 7pm to unwind and release the tension of the day. A perfect reset before bed

Thursday morning flow classes at 6am. Rise and shine and start your day with a focused mind, energised body and even breath!

🌜Soothing Saturday’s 🌛

Hello friends! I am offering live classes on my page every Saturday in September. The classes will focus on relaxation and soothing those areas of our body that naturally get tight with stress and long periods of sitting (think neck, shoulder, low back and hips) Yummmm

If you are keen to join me, follow me on Facebook every Saturday in September starting on the 4th at 8pm

Classes are free with an option to donate to my PayPal account. Any proceeds will go to towards the Afghanistan relief fund and Indigenous Justice

Good morning everyone, I have been busy organising my page to allow for a better experience for you all. I have collated my classes into 3 playlists - Sunday Yin, Tuesday lunch time flow & Saturday morning so you can easily find them and practice in your own time.

To find a class, click on 'videos' on the left hand side for computers and at the top on your phone, then choose your style and away you go! A big thank you to everyone who is joining in! These classes bring me so much joy x
