✨ COURSE OVERVIEW

Sound Healing Level 1 is a foundational training designed to introduce the safe, practical, and intentional use of sound for relaxation, nervous system regulation, and gentle therapeutic support.

This course is ideal for beginners, as well as Reiki practitioners, bodyworkers, and holistic therapists who wish to integrate sound into their existing practice in a grounded and professional manner.

The focus is on therapeutic application, not performance or spiritual bypassing — with an emphasis on safety, presence, and embodied practice.

No prior experience is required.

• Foundations of therapeutic sound & vibration

• Singing bowls (therapeutic / Himalayan)
• Chimes
• Gentle percussion
• How to play singing bowls correctly and confidently (strike, glide, grounding tone)
• Creating a safe and calming session space
• Client positioning, contraindications, and safety considerations
• Simple sound sequences for:
• Deep relaxation
• Stress relief
• Session closing and integration
• Ethical considerations and scope of practice
• Guided practice: giving and receiving sound
• Optional pathways for integrating sound with Reiki or bodywork

🎓 CERTIFICATION

Upon completion, participants will receive a Sound Healing Level 1 Certificate, confirming foundational training in therapeutic sound.

🔮 FUTURE TRAINING

A Sound Healing Level 2 course will be offered in the future for those wishing to deepen their skills and expand therapeutic application.
Completion of Level 1 will be required to progress to Level 2.

🌿 Reiki Share Group — Welcoming the New Year

Reiki deepens when it’s practised in connection, not isolation.

As we step into a new year, you’re invited to return to the heart of your Reiki practice through shared experience, presence, and supported learning.

This Reiki Share Group is a small, nurturing gathering for practitioners to give, receive, practise, and refine Reiki in a calm, grounded environment.
The day is gently structured using triads — a traditional and supportive format — allowing everyone to both offer and receive full-body Reiki, with guidance woven throughout.

This is not about perfection or performance.
It’s about confidence-building, embodied practice, and reconnecting with Reiki as it was intended to be experienced — through touch, presence, and shared learning.

Open to anyone who has completed Reiki Level 1 or higher, this day is especially supportive for practitioners who wish to refresh their skills, deepen confidence, and begin the year feeling grounded and connected.

Yesterday we celebrated two wonderful students completing their Usui Reiki Level 1 Training.
It is always an honour to witness that moment when a student feels their hands “switch on”, their intuition awaken, and a new pathway of healing open before them.
