Getting a good night's sleep starts with proper posture. Here's how to sleep smarter:
✅ Back Sleeper:
Use a pillow to support the curve of your neck.
Place a cushion under your knees to reduce lower back pressure.
✅ Side Sleeper:
Use a pillow to support your neck and keep it parallel to the floor.
Place a pillow between your knees to align your spine and keep your legs slightly bent.
🚫 Avoid Stomach Sleeping!
It strains your spine and neck. Try transitioning to a side or back sleeping position.
💤 General Tips:
Rotate your mattress clockwise every 3 months for even wear.
Replace pillows every 1-2 years for optimal neck support.
Stretch in bed for 5 minutes before going to sleep and after waking up to loosen your body.
😴 Still waking up with pain?
